To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging. If the item has been damaged due to improper use or insufficient packaging, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return altogether. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
