  • Belgium: 8.35 EUR
  • Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 12.79 EUR
  • France, United Kingdom: 14.59 EUR
  • Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Monaco: 16.84 EUR
  • Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: 20.17 EUR

Currently, we deliver exclusively to the countries listed above. But that's not all! Our ambition is to share and expand the Édesse experience further. We are working hard behind the scenes to grow our delivery network.

Import Fees:

Please note that any import fees, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Delivery Times:

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving it. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping country and product availability.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at Info@edessefragrances.com or fill out our contact form. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for lost packages, as they may be able to resolve the issue faster. Once you've done that, please contact us at Info@edessefragrances.com or fill out our contact form with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging (for damaged items)

We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns

At Édesse, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. If the item has been damaged by improper use, scratches, or any marks on the glass, we may not be able to accept the return or may issue a partial refund depending on the condition.

How to Return:

Contact us at Info@edessefragrances.com or fill out our contact form with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

How to Package Returns:

Since our candles are crafted in delicate glass containers, please ensure that your item is securely packed for return. We recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the item is damaged upon return due to insufficient packaging, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive instead.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if there was an error with your order, return shipping will be free of charge. The return shipping cost varies by country and will be communicated to you after your return request is approved.

Refunds:

For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy page. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny a full refund or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product. This includes scratches, chips, or marks on the glass.
