Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Currently, we deliver exclusively to the countries listed above. But that's not all! Our ambition is to share and expand the Édesse experience further. We are working hard behind the scenes to grow our delivery network.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving it. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping country and product availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost, contact the carrier first for immediate assistance. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. If the item has been damaged by improper use or packaging, we may issue a partial refund. Read more about returns in our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Returns must be properly packed to prevent damage, as insufficient packaging may result in a partial refund.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless there’s an error with your order. For more information visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What makes Édesse candles unique?
Our candles blend art with sustainability. Each candle is made with high-quality rapeseed wax and is presented in hand-printed glass featuring real gold details.
Where do you get the inspiration for your candles?
The designs are inspired by the grandeur of the ancient history of the Middle-East, combined with the flowing, organic lines of Art Nouveau. The result is a unique fusion of history and art that invites you to add beauty and culture to your space.
How should I care for my candle?
For optimal use, trim the wick before each use and never leave the candle burning unattended. Please refer to our Candle Care guide for full details.

Édesse is the French version of Edessa, an ancient city in Mesopotamia, near the Euphrates River. By naming our brand Édesse, we honor this link to ancient cultures, blending history with modern craftsmanship.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or custom messages, but we’re working on expanding our services to offer this option in the future.
